Due to limited equipment (power rack (r3), BB, Bench, Weights) Im in the hunt for a new workout program. Most of my workouts required most of the gym equipment (cables,DBs, machines). Looking at SS or allpros programs. They look like more of a BB type training. Is there anything else I should look at?

Wendlers 5/3/1 is the meat of my program - but it all comes down to your goals.

I really like the Max-OT workout program. Very similar it seems to the 5x5 with the exception that you technically are maxing out on each set (4-6 reps/set always to failure). It also breaks up the core lifts (squat, bench, deadlift) to different days of the week (not sure I'm reading the 5x5 correctly but that's what it looked like to me). I saw huge gains back when I played rugby and lifted in college. The only thing I did differently was the conditioning they recommended. They recommend short intense workouts, which I prefer, however they didn't really translate to rugby. So I followed our conditioning program.
