I personally wouldn't even consider something like that. First off I don't have that kind of extra cash to throw around for membership and entrance fees. Second my body is in shock the week after. It is really hard to peak so close together like that.
About the tanner, it won't last after a shower.

I plan on doing this in the fall, except the shows are 3 weeks apart. Depending on my conditioning for my first show, I may continue cutting, but I am hoping I will be shredded for the first one and in this case, I will just slowly bring my carbs up and continue training as normal.......keeping my calories at or slightly below maintenance to really try and fill out. As long as the carbs are in check and I am full but not spilling over, I see no reason to go thru a peak week ritual of depleting and loading for the second show, just step out there ripped and full to brim with carbs. And YES, buy more tanner. It will wash off within days.

i heard that increasing carbs after the first show will help u fill out for the 2nd show without gaining any fat back

no idea really...I leave it up to my dietician layne. My metabolism will probably be racing after the first show, so if I don't mess anything up, I should be PERFECT headed into the second one with some added carbs

its tough. You cut prep down. Say you have 4 weeks until your first show and 6 until the following one....you better hope your in contest shape 3 weeks out. Peak week is only to prep you for the show, then you have a week after the show where most people mess up and end up quiting then you have peak week again. Recipe for disaster. Too many people think so scientific about it. Your body is gonna look the same if not ****tier that close together whether you have layne on your side of not. Layne did 7 shows in a short amount of time, but guess what he was in shape for his first one and so on. Dont BS and think those 2 extra weeks are gonna help.

WHy wouldnt 2 weeks after a show help? Thats ridiculous. Your body knows when it finishes a show and just falls to pieces after that? If you stick to your diet, keep carbs and water managed, there is no reason why you cant maintain your level of conditioning (or perhaps improve) for a few weeks. Dr. Joe talks about this in the interview thats been linked to in this section......he likes to bring clients in weeks early and then up their carbs and fill them out a few weeks before a show. I think the idea of "peaking" and only being able to hit your best in a small window of time is BS. I wouldnt want to stay that lean for weeks on end, but you get my point.

I see so many guys pig out after a show and think they there metabolism is crazy fast, In fact post contest its slow as hell. Peaking for a show is grueling on your body and I am speaking about people who show up 7% bf show day and expect striated glutes in 2 weeks. I read it on here all the time.

so if I have my peak weak then bring the carbs down to about 150-200 the following week while not training to hard keeping my cardio up
then have a second peak weak
all while keeping fat at around 50 and protein 250
How is that?

All just depends. Frankdaddy is doing two shows with two weeks in between, so follow his log and see how he looks. My guess is he wont be conditioned for the first one and much wont change two weeks later
