Living out of a hotel room..
Hey guys. I'll be living out of a hotel for a few days at the end of the month and realized I need to come up with a diet plan.
The hotel has a fitness center(aka.. room with a couple tredmills) so I'll be able to do cardio while I am there. I am mainly wondering about breakfast ideas. The hotel room doesn't have a microwave to heat up oatmeal or anything and I don't think I should wait until I get to the studio to eat in the mornings.
Here's something what my meal plan for the day is now.
MEAL 1
oatmeal
yogurt
protein shake
MEAL 2
celery w/ p.butter
MEAL 3
brown rice
can tuna
MEAL 4
protein shake
MEAL 5
chicken
brown rice
vegis and fruit slices
I figured I can still do the brown rice(microwave packs which i can heat up when I get to the studio), tuna, protein shakes, fruits and vegis. Help with breakfast and dinner is needed.. Breakfast I cant use a microwave but the rest of the day I have access to one and not too sure about a refrigerator so I'm not planning on it.

I've lived out of a suitcase before also!
Load up on some really clean nutrition bars. One of those plus a piece of fruit and you got a really clean breakfast.
I'm a big fan of zero impact bars (they're crazy dense, you'll need some water to get them down, but really sound nutrition in them.
Good luck

whole grain bread, natty pb, protein powders, fruits, some veggies
do you have a mini fridge? i'd stock up on some raw veggies to stash in there, perhaps some precooked low sodium meats, else i'd live off protein powder for a few days
so i guess a nice healthy breakfast could be
1 slice whole grain bread - 100 cals
1/2T natty PB - 90 cals
1 scoop protein powder - 120 cals
1 banana - 80 cals
great fiber, great protein, great fats, mix of moderate GI carbs ~400 cals total
