I devloped a formula to find what would be jacked for your size.
First- Jacked means 8% bodyfat or under in these examples.
Step 1: Take your height. Example height 5'7
Step 2: Before the apostrophe if you have a 5 replace it with a "1". If you have a 6 replace it with a "2". Now we are at 1'7
Step 3: Add a zero on the end and drop the apostrophe. So now we got 170.
That means 5'7 170 pounds would be a good jacked bodybuilding size. If your 5'7 and a half you would then add 5 pounds. Or if your 5'7 and a quarter add 2.5 pounds.
I am 6'2. That means my bodybuilding size should be like 220 pounds.
I'm bored.......what you think

Not only that...
Figure every inch your saying is 10lbs, 5'6 = 160, 5'7 = 170...
Now when you get to 5'10 or 5'11 what do you do? (Obviously you just keep adding 10lbs per inch to get to what it should be, but yeah..)
Then ok, now figure we got...
5'6 = 160
5'7 = 170
5'8 = 180
5'9 = 190
5'10 = 200
5'11 = 210
6' = 220
6'1 = 230
6'2 = 240
Now according to your "formula" 6'2 would be as you said 220...
Some flaws? I'm tired.Last edited by C.Roy; 05-10-2009 at 09:09 AM.
