Looks solid man......you definitely don't look in your 30s, that's great. Keep up the hard work.
I don't believe I've answered your question yet though. What you need to work on the most is probably chest, shoulders look awesome.

just try'n to stay fit.. No particular diet, just keeping it clean most of the time. as far as legs, there's not much to show since I cant work on em as much as I want to. I got pretty banged up after a motorcycle accident. Hurt my back, total knee reconstruction, hip injuries. Now it's really catching up to me, one injury after another. I'm forced to give up heavy lifting, which I love doing since my late teen till age 30. tihs last 2years I been focusing on bodyweight training, some weight training, but nothing heavy. If I can only bring back time I would have never jumped on my motorcycle that day. I missed being big and having 19inch arm
