would it be beneficial to take a break from lifting for about 2-2 1/2 months after a solid year and a half of lifting?
i havent worked out in about a month and i've lost about two pounds because im not eating as much but it seemed like I had reached a no-gain period before I stopped so
this a good idea?
the plan is to hit it running come june
