So basically, I'v been training for 6 months now. And my current workout is
monday: tricep, chest
tuesday: back, bicep
wednesday: off
Thursday: shoulder ,abs
Friday: trapz, legs.
Now this is a workout that my trainor gave me. i just added the trapz on Friday.
So my question is should I work my forearm or they alredy train by bicep and back?

They're trained every time you pick up a weight just generally not sufficiently.
I need to start training mine actually. I'm starting to struggle with holding on to my deadlifts and I don't want to be reliant on straps.
(So yes, you should consider specifically training your forearms/grip.)Waging war against misinformation!
