help me with my routine

just my workout routine for the week.
wondering if its ok or not

mon - chest, biceps, legs, triceps
tues - biceps, shoulders, back lats
thurs - chest, triceps, legs, traps
fri - chest, biceps, shoulders, traps, lats

i do a fair bit in a session. also i wanna work muscles more than once a week.
help me with what i could do to make it better

You're hitting your muscles too frequently. I'm a fan of hitting the muscles hard once a week. But if you want to work a muscle out more than once a week, you need to give it at least 3 days of rest, depending on hot hard you hit it.
For biceps, 3 sets deserves 3 days, 6 sets deserves 5 days, and 12 sets deserves a week. Same with triceps, traps, and chest. For legs, 6 sets deserves 3 days, 12 sets deserves 5 days, and 24 sets deserves a full week. Same with lats.
If you hit them as often as you do in your current routine, you will likely be over training.
