    Few Questions

    I'm around 190 and have pretty high BF and not enough definition, should I still bulk?

    2.
    During a bulk, what should I take other than whey?

    3.
    Do you guys track and count your calories on a website or on a notebook?

    if you have high bodyfat you probably don't have a hell of a lot of muscle. The purpose of bulking is to gian muscle, which will then become ripped and defined when you cut. I wouldn't have you cutting now, you would probably just look thin.

    1. clean bulk.
    2. first thing's first, improve your diet, you dont need sups. but if you want to buy some; multivitamin, creatine and fish oil would be good.
    3. it would be good to track your cals and macros. i use fitday.com.

    If you are fat (you said that you have "pretty high body fat") than why in the world would you want to bulk, and gain more fat?

    I'm assuming he'll be working out when he's bulking, this is a bodybuilding forum after all.

    Clean bulk + lift = muscle, little fat
    Clean/dirty bulk no lift = fat, little to none muscle.

    Amirite or naah?
