1. clean bulk.
2. first thing's first, improve your diet, you dont need sups. but if you want to buy some; multivitamin, creatine and fish oil would be good.
3. it would be good to track your cals and macros. i use fitday.com.Powerlifter at PTC Performance Training Centre
661 squat, 385 bench, 705 deadlift, 1752lb total.
