17 Day Cut

This is merely a test of my own will to see if I can go 17 days with PERFECTION in my diet and routine before I go on vacation to the beach at the conclusion.


Because I am just at the end of a long cut, I will wait a week or so before a restart the EC Stack.


These are my recent pictures; I look tiny but I want more definition before I clean bulk this summer.

Waste of time in my opinion just bulk now, your lean enough. If your only gonna bulk once you've finished cutting there isn't much point. I wasted years doing stuff like this. I don't mean that to offend just my opinion.

I get what you're saying but I want to get some more definition first, plus I need to get sub 155lbs and lean (I am 158lbs right now) for lightweight crew before I can pack on pounds.

Good luck man. You should be able to lose that last bit within 17 days. Then, you definitely need to bulk.
