I have used it and it definately works for me. Though it is a bit pricey, and you need higher doses to see noticiable results.

I have used it with great success over that last two years. If you read the studies, not the articles in the 6-pack mags, you will see that the dossages are quite a bit higher than recommended on the bottles. I take 6 to 9 grams daily. I went from 310 to 170 and have built myself back up to 185-190 with 10 % bf. I took the CLA the whole time and was not really sure of it's value until I reached a bf level where any little excess is noticable. It works. I have not looked extensively but the best price I have been able to get retail has been about 17 cents per gram. That's per gram of CLA, not per 1 gram gel-cap. Most Tonolin 1 gram gelcaps have between .74 and .85 grams of CLA per gram of product. I am sure you will be able to find a Tonolin (not sure if it maters but..) CLA cheapper on the webin quantity.

I swear by CLA. I went down from 330+ to 190lbs I am now at 235 and pretty muscular. I took 9 grams every day year round.
