How's this for a cut diet?
I think the calories are too high, want a second thought.
I am doing a timed carb diet, since I absolutely hate the feeling of being carb drained.
For those that don't know what a timed carb diet is,

Here is my diet set up, the carbs from the rice are post workout.

well it is very close to keto, just post workout you carb load then follow up with a protein shake, then no more carbs till next workout.

Looks like too many cals to me ... drop 300-500 off that and go for it. I don't know your activity level so I'm just guessing. All I can tell you is to try it and you know you're dialed in when you're dropping 1-1.5lbs /week and not losing strength in the gym. If you are dropping more than that then up the cals if you're not dropping that much then lose some cals. Keep your protein g at 1.25Xbody weight and your fat at 20-25% cal total and the rest can be carbs. Drop sugar and dairy with the exception of cottage cheese and drink 1gal of water /day.
Ok it's a lot of rules but if you do all that you can't miss! I've set up many of diets and nobody has ever failed that actually followed it. I do it myself and I know it works.

No problem. Exactly what I was thinking. My activity level is very high, I do cardio + Weight Train Mon-Fri, with more cardio on saturday or sunday. I am going to go ahead and cut out some calories and see what my numbers give me. Thanks for the help.
Edit: Took off an egg, went down to 1 serving of almonds.
2250 Calories, 122 g of fat, 113 Carb, 190 protein.
Better?
