I have had butt wink issues with squatting. Last workout I really focused on shoving my knees out, arching my back a bit more, and keeping my core tight. After those squats and the now 2 days later my lower back is killing me.
In the past, when I was letting my back round at the bottom, my lower back never bothered me at all, what gives?
