    I personally love this program. It obviously does something for you abs becuase your working, and I see results. But I think the only thing better then this is ab workouts with weights. Otherwise when you got extra time you can do Ab RIpper X. I'm starting to add more reps in. Also I plan to run this program twice in a row when I feel ready, hopefully very soon.

    Ive been doing a lot of the same things as you, hitting weights hard, running,p90 abs every other day and i went from 230 to 180 in 5 months ab ripper x works amazing!
