Should i stop cutting and start bulking?
im 16 years old and 130 pounds. for a person cutting can you guys rate me? and tell me if i should start bulking? also can anyone guess my BF %?

Definitely bulk. If I had to give you a body fat estimate, ~12-13%.

you should have never cut in the first place. your 130lbs. Bulk to like 160 then cut.

around 8-9%...definitley bulk up man....slooooooowly tho...3-4 pounds a month tops man..keep the fat gain low..keep the bulk clean also.......dont listen to people who say go on a dirty bulk for the sake of gaining weight.....u wanna look good all year round..not just after ur cut...unless u plan on competing...slow bulk FTW

Exactly, if you're past noob gain phase keep it to 2-3 lbs/month, if not then aim for 3-4.

you said 3-4 pounds a month. is that muscle or fat? and right now im working on a meal plan. around 5 meals and my caloric intake is gonna be around 3000. so around 500 calories per meal.
