How long do you think one would have to cycle off of ephedrine before feeling the effects again (hunger suppression, energy). I have seen that the fat burning effects dont go away, but I am more interestedin the hunger suppression and energy right now.

4-8 weeks off of all stimulants helps me immensely. I have a high tolerance, and that is part of the reasoning for so long off.
