Was more after any fresh exercises, rep counts, supersets, etc. At the moment I do standing calve raises with either dumbells or on the smith machine. My soleus is already thicker than I would like so trying to trim it down now and get some great shape.
Any tips appreciated and thanks for the comments so far.
