Calve cutting?

Anyone got any good workouts for getting my calves ripped up? ive got the mass there but really want to get some good muscle seperation on them. Also, would skipping be a benefit? Cheers all.

I'm somewhat known for my calves. Right now, they are about 18.5 inches. My advice is heavy weight. I never used a calf machine of any kind. What worked best for me was using a leg press to safely accommodate the weight I was using. I would alternate toes in vs. toes out to hit the calf differently. The other thing is stretch and massage them. Good Luck!

Definition, or the "ripped" look, comes from a low body fat percentage, which is derived from cardio and diet; NOT WEIGHTS.

And no you cannot spot reduce fat.

Was more after any fresh exercises, rep counts, supersets, etc. At the moment I do standing calve raises with either dumbells or on the smith machine. My soleus is already thicker than I would like so trying to trim it down now and get some great shape.
Any tips appreciated and thanks for the comments so far.

work em harderrrr!
and cut the bodyfat, and youll see the seperation

standing calf raises with dumbbells 10-15 reps
seated calf raises 10-15 reps

try different excersices and see what workss for you
