Here is what i currently take... Please give me advice if i am taking too much, i'd really appreciate it. I've been on this "stack" for about a month now.
Animal Pack: 1 a day.
Hyperbol: 1 pill, 4x a day.
Nitrix: 3 Pills, 3x a day.
N.O. XPLODE: 2 Scoops prior to workout.
L-Glutamine: 1 scoop before and after workout.
Nitro-tech Protein: 1 Scoop after workout.
By the way... Does N.O. Xplode make anyone else have to poop a good 20 mins after taking it? I sure as hell do...

To answer your question, no your not over supplementing, and yes I get the urge after a few minutes of downing my white flood (aka brown flood). Anymore I just think of it as a pre-lift ritual.
