I've noticed a fair amount of threads recently regarding calve size, and whether or not people directly train them.
Here are a couple pics of mine. They are a bit under 18". I directly train mine about once every week, for 6 sets. Three of the sets are heavy in the squat rack for about 20 reps, and 3 are body weight only from a platform so that I can go down below parallel.
Post your calve pics (women and men), along with what training you do for them (if any).

wow Apollo, you got some nice calves there!
My calves are 14.5 inches, I really dont train them directly unless im slacking on biking. Normally they get a good enough workout when I bike (1-2x a week) They have grown .5 inches from just biking intervals and doing some XC biking[Stickam Crǝw]

I've never trained my calves directly in my life. I'll try to get a better picture, I didn't feel like changing my lens to put my 17-55mm back on so no room to mess with lighting. They're around 17.5" I believe, but I have no idea what to look for in calves.
Help if I put the picture I guess

I inserted your image here so that people don't have to click on it.
Looking really nice, Genn. You can already start to see the definition coming in at the bottom. You really don't need anything else, but if you keep it up you'll start to see that line develop down the middle. When flexed, it sort of shows a triangular effect with a ridge, but then when you're relaxed you can see a split down the center.Strength does not come from winning. No clue on size, getting my measuring tape when my order gets here that I placed a few days ago from bb.com, I'll update then. I just started training calves 2 times a week lightly last week for the first time.
