My arms are very vascular except for my upper arms and they just look like a lob of fat even though theres not much fat on them. I can see my vein a little bit on one of my arms but i want to maintain a ripped, vascular look. Is there a way i can do this while still maintaining my bulking diet? Any help is appreciated.

Would endurance cardio have anything to do with it? My former collegue had very vascular arms (it's been years since he's seriously worked out) and his doctor commented that he must have a very healty cardiovascular system for his veins to be that vascular. Anything to this or is it the PhD version of Broscience?

Nothing will simply make veins appear, lol... existing ones can become more visible with certain GDA's/Supplements or with a good pump, but, if they're not showing then you're just not lean enough or you're not genetically predisposed to show them.
If it were possible to make biceps veins show up... don't you think a certain Mr Olympia would be doing it? (serious)
