Can anyone provide me with some studies or other information involving protein and aggregation/personality? I have heard of a high protein diet having the chance of increasing aggregation, but personally I do feel a difference or believe I am behaving differently. My mom is constantly saying I am a completely different person and I am alot more aggressive now that I take "those shakes". I think this is ridiculous as it's nothing like steroids. I'm just sick of hearing this crap daily and was wondering is anyone could lead me to some info/evidence proving it's bs.

if roid rage were real, every bodybuilding show would be riddled with pissy dudes fighting eachother.
ive also worked out with a guy a few times while he was getting ready for a show and he was the goofiest mofo in the gym, not an agressive brute on a rampage. Roidrage is just a cop-out for people with pre existing anger problems.Newbie Size and Mass Workout Routine: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=116366191
Unlike the vast majority of people on this forum, I do NOT abuse the Rep system. I give reps where reps are due. I do not expect reps back unless I deserve them.

I agree about the 'roid rage' but steroids are artificial hormones, they are gonna make you become much more aggressive in the gym, I am in no means anti-steroid, once I hit 21 I will definity cycle a few oral steroids. But I hope to hell they make me more aggresive, thats half the reason I would take them.

I doubt you'll find studies on an ignorant presupposition. After doing some research and understanding how your body employs the amino acids derrived from proteins there's no need for a study to refute the claim. (Common sense takes care of that.)

Like other people have said, protein wont make you more aggresive. If you need evidence that protein isn't bad, go drink a class of milk.
