i am 1 week away from being finished with my bulking phase i need to start cutting
i know diet is the place to start but what kind of diet do i need? also how much cardio do i need without cutting muscle? and i still want to make gains how do i go about this?
im 16 years old
5'4 163lbs about 14% bf
