I was going to suggest the alfredo casserole, but schismatik beat me to it! lol

I've made this twice now, and it is AWESOME.

I made it with herb and garlic flavoured cream cheese last time. Yum yum yum.

for a fast one, just get a head of lettuce, rip off enough for a salad, throw it in a bowl, and add salsa and the beef

    BURGER PADDIES for the BBQ

    Extra Lean ground
    -flatten out
-sprinkle some steak spice lightly over
-sprinkle some Nandos peri peri garlic sauce over it
-sprinkle a little Lea & Perrins

mush it all together with your hands and then divide into flat paddies and BBQ

I make 1/4 paddies and always eat double burgers for less carbs
    My $0.02 is worth $0.03

mmm for the patties, i went ridiculously simple the other night

just some lean beef, MS DASH steak, salt and pepper.

mushed up to 1/3 inch patties with a thumb depression in middle. canola oil on each side b4 grilling. Mid grill some BBQ sos, added up, does not kick me out of keto.

like 6-7 minutes on each side, 2 slices cheese at last 30 seconds of cooking.

stacked them, a lil ketchup/a1/anything really

along with grilled bell pepper !
