How do you make time working out?
for me i take a fitness class where we work out and its around an hour long. other than that im completely busy, and i dont see how else i could workout. how about you guys how often, when do you workout. how many times a week? is your workout place far?

My Current routine looks like this:
Monday: Legs/Abs
Tuesday: Arms/Cardio
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Shoulders/Traps/Abs
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Chest/Abs
Sunday: Back/ Maybe Cardio
5 days with 2 rest days. This will change as my routines change. But that is my current workout program. Also I currently am not doing Forearms but if I did I would throw that on my Monday and Thursday.

if you work out 5 days a week, what time of day do you work out? and if you work doesnt it get in the way?

3x a week, 45 mins per workout. I workout after i come back from school. My gym is about 50 steps away from this computer.

1 hour is good something about you are not suppose to workout more than 45-1hr just split your routine into 1hr a day

u need to stop thinking of it as "making time".
I place my "gym-going" at the same level of priority as school or anything else, maybe even higher at times.
it's not "i gotta make time", it's more like "i gotta go, and if i gotta to something else, i gotta make time for THAt."

my gym is 50 ft from my apartment. I have hours and hours of free time each day. If it was beneficial, I'd spend 5 hours a day in the gym.
Ahhh, the life of a bored college student.

How do you not have time, your 16. All you have is free time lol.
I work 50 hours a week, night school 5 days a week (including saturday), and still have time to workout 6 days a week for atleast an hour+ each time.

right now i have time but i fear when summer comes i wont be able to. as i said above i have a fitness class, but in summer its gonna be over and i dont have a close by gym around me at all. not only that but my parents use both cars until like 8pm everyday.

Yeah, I stay 1hour after school and on the weekends work out around 6 oclock or earlier if I am going to go out. But I am only 15 and don't have job yet.
I'm going to get a job during the summer and go with my cous hopefully 4 times a week.

Lol You'll drop 10 pounds and be like me.
But if I go to the gym for 4 days a week all throughtout summer and eat alot with limited amounts of cardio, how much pounds do you think I can put on?

I work 40 plus hours a week and don't let that stop me from hitting the gym. The key is dedication, are you willing to give up a night with your friends or the girlfriend to hit the gym? If you are dedicated and expect to gain that answer must be a yes. I am not saying you got to give your life to the gym but it takes time. You can't rush this (unless you take illegal drugs which I hope you never do), therefore you will find a way to make time in your schedule no matter how busy you are during your daily activities.
If it help sit down take a few minutes a jot down a weekly routine you can follow so you can have a set time daily which will help you work out on a consistent basis. If you need more tips or what not feel free to PM me and I will be more than willing to assist you with this.
