Got this chest adn tricep workout from a guy on here who advised me to do it. But i do it an i really don't feel anything from it.
Bench press 5x5
French Press 3x10
Dips 3x8
Inclined DB Press 4x6
It just doesn't seem to be hitting me hard enough and i don't have many weights to add on to make it more intense.
Any advice!!!

Well i do it slowly and have started of at a low weight so i can do it with the best form possible so when heavier weights are used i am in the habit of correct form.
So i guess i should do some push ups at the end of this as well.
Should my chest feel fatigued after i complete the work out or should it just feel worked but not tired. I'm worried of over doing it and overtrainingStarted my bulk 11/01/10

it's harder to overtrainthan most people think.. pay attention to what your body is telling you and you should be fine. just dont train the same body part days in a row or when you are still really sore
you dont overtrain in one workout unless you actually injure yourself by the way. over training is generally over a period of time
