    Not tired after workout

Got this chest adn tricep workout from a guy on here who advised me to do it. But i do it an i really don't feel anything from it.

    Bench press 5x5
    French Press 3x10
    Dips 3x8
    Inclined DB Press 4x6

It just doesn't seem to be hitting me hard enough and i don't have many weights to add on to make it more intense.
    Any advice!!!
    Started my bulk 11/01/10

    start/now/goal

    Bench 77/136/200
    Squat 88/248/250
    Deadlift 125/236/300

What weights are you using for bench 5x5? It won't really give you a decent strength gains unless it is a semi heavy load compared to your 1rm.

Well i do it slowly and have started of at a low weight so i can do it with the best form possible so when heavier weights are used i am in the habit of correct form.

So i guess i should do some push ups at the end of this as well.
Should my chest feel fatigued after i complete the work out or should it just feel worked but not tired. I'm worried of over doing it and overtraining

it's harder to overtrainthan most people think.. pay attention to what your body is telling you and you should be fine. just dont train the same body part days in a row or when you are still really sore

you dont overtrain in one workout unless you actually injure yourself by the way. over training is generally over a period of time
