Tiny arms...... help
How come I weigh almost 190 and can bench 275 but my arms are like 14.9 inches??? WHAT THE FUK.
Fuk the ppl saying compound lifts get you big arms.

Your bench will have only minimal effects on your arms. Close grip bench will be for your tris, thats if you want to incorporate your chest workout with your tris

Barbell Curls 4x8
Close Grip bench 4x8
(superset) Dumbell curl 4x8
Tri Pushdown 4x8
(superset) Seated Curls 4x8
Kick Backs
(superset) 21's x3
Overhead Press 4x8
(superset) Cable Curl 4x8
Diamond Push ups x Fail

Yup, for the most part. I'm gonna focus more on isolation type stuff for a while. I have a wide back and broad shoulders, but freaking invisible arms.

Did this today never had soarer arms.
Preacher curl:7,6,6
Decline tri ext and hammer curl superset: 8,7,8
Weighted parallel dips: 8,7,7
Bb wrist curl and behind back wrist curl superset:15,14,12
