I was a fat guy with moobs and I used to be a chain smoker and drank all the time as well as having fries and burgers for breakfast. Then one day, someone motivated me to become a better person and ever since, I've been trying to improve myself and life and my health. quit smoking for 2 and half years now and only drink on special occasions and very rarely eat fast food. I'm still trying to improve myself and setting up new goals.... this is just my current results from being consistent and motivated at all times and eating right. Let me know where I should work on, and I'll try to improve. Thanks everyone.
