I loves my honey, but as I'm sitting here eating a left over chocolate protein powder banana pancake from this morning with a smidge of honey on top (seriously it is yum), is honey clean?
I don't use copious amounts of it, just when I want something sweet, but if it's going to be a hidden demon keeping me from my goals, I can do without! This eating clean thing is seriously making me suspicious of all my food man.
