    My Dirty Bulking Diary

    My aim is to put on 10 pounds in 4 weeks. Don't really know how to bulk, so feedback is welcome. Weighed in today at 136.4 pounds

    Day 1:

    Breakfast: 4 weetbix
    Protein shake (Banana, ice cream, 4 scoops protein)

    Lunch: Hungry Jack's Stunner Deal (Cheeseburger, chips, coke, sunday)
    Post workout Creatne

    Dinner: 3 pieces of toast with butter and vegemite
    95g tin of tuna
    Icecream sandwich

    You're in the wrong forum lad, this is for Keto, as in no carbs...

    Rat loadsa food, just eat eat eat. AT your weight and height a diet of McDonalds is very advisable
