My aim is to put on 10 pounds in 4 weeks. Don't really know how to bulk, so feedback is welcome. Weighed in today at 136.4 pounds
Day 1:
Breakfast: 4 weetbix
Protein shake (Banana, ice cream, 4 scoops protein)
Lunch: Hungry Jack's Stunner Deal (Cheeseburger, chips, coke, sunday)
Post workout Creatne
Dinner: 3 pieces of toast with butter and vegemite
95g tin of tuna
Icecream sandwich
