The only part I can see from my little bit of rosetta stone Japanese lessons is the first part.

的女朋友不知道他是否真的伤心了, Says something about following marks heart for the woman is a path towards ignorace.

the second one 抑或那仅仅是他的表演而已 says something about performing to the right? (no clue i guess)

The last one 我知道您是哀伤的 has the word intellectual and mark. Sryz
