    Chest Fat!!

So, I have a bit of fat in the chest area. What exercises can I do to reduce those? Any specific ones?

build muscles for your chest, like bench, incline, decline, pec fly, dumbbells. or push ups. depends on how you want to look, you can try to lower your bodyfat percentage and partial cardio. but, I'd say focus on everywhere instead of one area.

No, I understand that. Some guy told me normal bench press makes your chest come out. So, thats why which exercises will help reduce the fat.

You can't target fat loss. You MIGHT be able build your chest to where you don't notice the fat but it will still be there.

I would reccomend this - cardio 5times a week, weights 3times a week, eat clean, eat often, make sure your cal intake is lower than the output.
Simple fat loss really. Liek the guys said above, you gota lose from everywhere.
If you're up to it, i would also try and get some interval training into your program.Make this a short session lasting about 20-30mins.
