i was wondering if anyone knew of a good recipe for homemade energy drinks...i was going to dabble in it this summer becuase i am going to be max'd out between work, school, and the gym...may not get to the gym till 9:30pm some days....thanks

buy a bottle of caffeine pills, a bottle of vitamin b-complex, and a container of gatorade powder.
Crush up 1 caffeine pill, 1 b-complex, and put it in a bottle with gatorade powder. Add water and shake.

i am partial to amp, i do like the purple monsters (just becuae i can get the huge cans for like 3 dollars when they are on sale). My parents have a machine that add's carbonation to water, and you can use it for other stuff, so figure this summer, i might try it out and see if i can make a good energy drink for less than 1.50 for 16oz...Originally Posted by WhAtNoWbChSs

2teaspoons of cocoa powder.--this helps with energy idk why but it does for alot of people.
