i wouldnt think so!
try it out! ''feel it out'' and see how your body reacts to it! i think as long as you eat good and get enough sleep you should be fine!lebron james put me into the red!!!! :(
"Today i do what others WONT, so tomorrow i can do what others CANT!"
overtraining is the dumbest thing ive ever heard some lazy bastard came up with an excuse of why he doesnt train hard and bc laziness is contagious everyone bought in!!!
How do you know how far your body can go if you dont push it?????????

routine? not really a good one it kind of depends on how your other training is going but i would suggest trying some jumprope about 3-6 min followed by some shadow boxing 5min!
then bag work 3-6 rounds of 3min each w/1min restr between! then an easy jumprope for 3-6 min as a cool down!
something along those lines
its not a hard workout but will make ya sweat and help build endurance/ burn some calories!lebron james put me into the red!!!! :(
