    please help! fatty chest tissue?

Guys, please help me out here. I'm 6'5" 232 pounds and I'm lean everywhere except my chest especially around my nips. My arms, forearms, legs, calves, even stomach all have WAY less fatty tissue/water buildup then my chest and I'm not sure here but I think it may be my genes. Do you guys have any tips for dropping fat around that area of my chest?! diet, anything?! I did proper PCT after the prohormones, it's not gyno, I've had it checked. It's definitely fat tissue but it's only on my chest and love handles (but still defined). Even when I drop to dry weight with diuretics and ketosis diets, i still have that puffy fat looking thing going on in my chest... until i drop into cold water of course and my nipples shrink then it looks fine? I'm confused someone help me out who has this same problem please, it's embarassing.

    pics?

If you are absolutely certain that it's fat, your only option would be to continue working out or plastic surgery.

Two ways to get rid of fat. Lose fat weight through calorie decreasing or surgery. Chest exercises isn't going to do a thing.
I Rep back always. Put it in comment.

Try 1) decline chest flies, 2) inclined bench press and 3) dumbbell pullover.

Don't do regular bench press or especially decline bench press as these brought my chest out more. Decline chest flies are excellent to give shape and form to the lower sagging chest and eliminate the girly fat.

Ofcourse coupled with good diet and exercise.

the only way to rid of it is drop your total bodyfat % and that's when your moobs will fade away. Of course, incline will help a bit as well, workout your upperchest and it actually will make it look less noticable. Try not to do too much decline because it'll make your lower chest instead, do light weights and more reps.

try getting down to 8-10% BF and see how you look, first spot you start getting fat is the last spot that will look skinny. first in last out:P

You don't gain or lost fat cells in your life, and they all grow and shrink at the same speed, but some areas on your body just have more then others like your chest and love handles, compared to your fingers.

here are my reccomendations for puffy nipples, gynecomastia and pectoral feminization which are actually all just different presentations of the same thing.

    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpo...81&postcount=4

the lifestyle and dietary reccomendations can be just as important as the hormone suppression therapies listed (so please read them carefully as well)

Determining just what is causing the distortion by Clinical Exam of the Male Chest is only so accurate. Although fat tends to be soft and gland firm, I have seen many patients with firm fat and soft gland.

Subtle Puffy Nipple Gynecomastia can ruin a male chest look. It does not take much gynecomastia in bodybuilders to cause distress. Puffy Nipple Anatomy is made of fat, gland, and skin. Weight reduction will not get rid of a gland component. There is a thin muscle just under the skin that can flatten puffed nipples when stimulated. However, when relaxed, the distortion returns. It is not practical to try to keep stimulating this muscle.

    Hope this helps,

Would that be a muscle that stimulates the nipple to get hard or is that something else?

It is the subareola muscle. Its purpose is to push the nipple out so a baby can latch onto it for breast feeding. On stimulation, it contracts the areola skin reducing the diameter of the areola and flattening it for most. For some, stimulation cones up the entire areola. Contracted, the muscle feels firmer to the touch. The anatomy has it closely attached to the dermis, the deeper aspects of the skin.

    Hope this helps,

while I disagree with doctor bermant on an wide array of aspects of gynecomastia, both with respect to etiology and treatment. I do agree that only reduction, regression or as a last resort removal of fat and glandular tissue will provide satisfactory resolution.

I do feel that its an overstatement to say that fat loss will not have impact on glandular tissue. It will have some, I do agree that generally fat loss alone will not be sufficient to achieve a satisfactory result where there is any significant glandular or as is more common with the "soft gland, laced with fatty tissue" ductal development.

I stand by my reccomendations, and even where one opts for surgery- HIGHLY reccomend following a regression/prevention protocol before and after.

the dietary/lifestyle changes can almost as important to success as the hormonal suppression, particularly in those that are insulin resistant or are high producers of Pge2 (inflammatory prostaglandins)
