whats a good starter stack? WILL REP
I want to buy my first supplement stack.
I have fixed my diet and my workout plan and it time to hit the supps. I am 18 years old, NOT INTERESTED in steriods. MY goals are to put on lean mass over the next 4 months and then cut in the fall.
It is very important to me that my fat gains stay MINIMAL, so if there is any way to gear teh stack towards minimal fat gains even if it sacrifices a little muscle gains (assuming we arent talking about anything substantal),
Thanks

Protein and creatine. Only non-hormonal things that ever work for me. Also, good diet > any supplement out there.
There are a lot of products out there but these 2 are the ones that I never go without.

Go with a CL stack. Green mag and white flood as well as maybe purple wraath. Add some ON 100% whey(it's very low in calories to keep added fat off) and a multi and your gold. Good luck bro!

first off we needa hit u up with some whey protein post workout
i recomend ON 100% whey, great tasting product, low fat as well.
then some creatine, something from controlled labs like green magnitude, great tasting, i experienced wicked strenght gains and muscle fullness from this product
amino acids, very important for muslce building, something like pruple wrath from controlde labs.
umm what else, if you want u could get some white flood, a nitric oxide, pumps u up, gives u a great pumped workout. so theres no cant be botherd days in the gym.
multivitamin, orange triad is the best out there, but it is pricey.
and you should be set to go.
goodluck train hard brah

my stack worked well in gaining mass.
i took, truemass, creatine monohydrate, l-glutamine, nitrix, and amino fuel from twinlabs. the amino fuel wasnt consistant however.
you'll gain, however you wil gain mass but also fat.
so iif ur worried about that try a solid protein like whey pro, or syntha-6.
good luck
always remember though... you can take the craziest stack in the world.. but if you dont eat right and often, your wasting your time.

LOL, typical thread now a days.....
Title: BEST STACK??
Also in title: WILL REP!! (you have 27 reps, no ones gives a ****)
Reason: My diet and training are ON POINT PERFECT, time to get HUUGGEEE!! (I guarantee you that your diet and training probably both suck)
One more thing tho: It's important that I don't gain FAT...so if I could get minimal fat gains, that would be great (oh really??! I thought you wanted to gain as much fat as possible DUH. EVERYONE wants to keep fat minimal, why the fukc are you some special case??)
Search?: Definitely hasn't searched

hahaha beast give the kid a break we all gotta start somewhere.
Anyways if you want to keep your fat gain minimal, definitely look into Anabolic Pump which directs carbohydrates to muscles and away from fat. It also increases AMPk which increases fat loss. Essentially, you can gain muscle and lose fat while on AP.
