14.5 lbs in 10 weeks
I am getting kind of frustrated. I shouldn't be frustrated because I could have done more to lose the weight. I could have made better decisions, splurged less and exercised more. I think my problem is that I go to work and want food. I don't think I pack enough food

You are complaining you lose only 14 pounds in 10 weeks? That isn't bad. Clean up your diet and you should be able to hit maybe a bit more. But I wouldn't call that a failure by any means.

Thanks guys. I know if I had better planning and more discipline I could do much better. I am just aggravated because I am 5'4 and 196 lbs and I need to be smaller.
I will start taking small steps in my journey to improve my losses each week. My first step will be to do something each day whether it be play a sport, go to the gym or just move.
I plan to make 1 more healthy food choice a day at a time where I would have made a bad choice.

Take that frustration, add it to your very very good progress you've already made and use it as motivation. You'll hit your goal in no time. Clean up the diet by reviewing those "bad decisions" and making the right decisions in the future. good luck!

Thanks, I am glad that atleast I know I am doing some things wrong and that I need to fix them. Hopefully things start speeding up here in the next few weeks.
