What the body re-comp???

Soooo bulking...i get it. Cutting...working on it. But what exactly is meant by a "body re-comp"????

Doing both at the same time. Which can be accomplished usually through complicated diet and training manipulation. Recomp is usually done (usually, not always) by either beginners or those that are already pretty lean (12-15% bodyfat). AS to which is faster to reach a goal, recomp or cut bulk cut etc, I don't know.

thank u. thats exactly the answer i was looking for. Must be pretty tricky to get that down. I mean ur diet and training must be seriously on point cut and bulk simultaneously.
