    I want to cut. I am going to follow these macros

    2200 calories
    50g fat
    200g carbs
    240g Protein

    Eat clean, fill in the macros.
    How do the macros look for cutting, reps for advice.

    well we don't know what your activity level is, so it's tough to tell. If you're just doing recreational lifting, then yea, I think that's fine. I see you got some football gear on in your picture. If you're still playing football (which I doubt this time of year) you're probably going to want to switch the carb and protein values around.

    Thanks. Yeah your right not football season. Right now I lift in the mornings, and track and field after school.
