Pre hockey training meal
I want to lose a bit more fat and cut carbs to ONLY around my game in the weekend
which means no carbs for the mid week training session...
what would you guys reccomend for the pre meal of training?
has to be low carbs etc but be good for a hard training...
i was thinking something like 4 fried eggs
