Pre hockey training meal

I want to lose a bit more fat and cut carbs to ONLY around my game in the weekend

which means no carbs for the mid week training session...

what would you guys reccomend for the pre meal of training?

has to be low carbs etc but be good for a hard training...

i was thinking something like 4 fried eggs

A popular pre-workout meal for a lot of MMA people is coffee with a couple of spoonfuls of coconut oil melted in.

yeah thats a good idea as then you don't have 'bulk' to digest as i don't have much time to eat in between work and training.
