hey everyone. i'm doing my chest max for dumbbells in about 2 hours. what approach should i take. is this okay?
-50 pounders- 10 reps
-60 - 10 reps
-70 - 6 reps (can do more)
-80 - 4 reps (can do more)
-90 - 2 reps (can do more)
skip 95
-100 - goin' for 1!
