Wow, this thread is crazy.
Seriously, does your gym have a smith machine? Use that. Just set the bar at the proper height so that when you lean forward on the bench for support that you can push up the bar with your back. I do the same movement on my Powertec WB-LS and it works fine.[]---[] Equipment Crew Member No.19
