Lipo6 pill differences

For lipo 6 there appears to be two different types of capsules....liqui-caps and Vcaps... what's the difference and is one better than the other?

The dude at Canadian Made Muscle said the liquid-y sort of ones were the newer version, and it was a slower (extended) release. He said that there wasn't much of a difference in the formulation.

The liquid caps were priced $5 more than the other formula at my store.

Hope that helps-- I didn't really pay attention because I was more interested in the Animal Cuts right beside them. :S
