I have noticed this the past two times I deadlifted. On my second set today of 235, I could feel my muscle fibers "rip" in my arm. Around the tricep-back of elbow.
Is this normal? My arms were fine, I can move them fine, but I just want to make sure.

possibly... someone from another forum suggested maybe my arms aren't completely straight.
I want to get someone to tape me doing my exercises at the gym, but it would be awkward if my parents came in and taped me with everyone else watching...
the only thing that would possibly be wrong with my deadlift is if my back is slightly rounded. It's hard to stick your chest out a little, when Rippetoe says to tuck your butt very high...
I definitely heard rips though.
