Sometimes i'll take a nap after a meal and workout an hour or 2 later. I find that it helps me with the energy a bit but it's hard to motivate yourself to wake up and get going but otherwise i'd go either way napping or not. Beneficial or not? Anyone here also do this?
edit: said 'beneficial or not' twice =/

"Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.
Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.
Also, besides myself, maybe 2-3 of you have actually done anything like this before..."

It depends, if I feel lethargic from school, I would definately commit myself a nap beforehand, and every now and then, a nap might not be beneficial for my lifting program, but regardless, it's a proper rest!

naps are key. but the key to good naps before working out is caffeine
bust some caffeine pills right before you go for a nap. when u wake up the caffeine will start kicking in and u be rdy to go.
this also works if your only going to get 2 or 3 hours of sleep some night. bust 300 or 400 mg of caffeine and getting up on a few hours of sleep is a bit easier. write that down if ur going to college next year kids.Pitza: i gotta take a dump and lift soon, all alone. damn training partner.
Asianman: nothing beats taking a dump with a training partner
Asianman: good timessssss
Pitza: LOLOL NICE BURN

Never run when you can walk, never walk when you can sit and if you can sit you might as well lie down and take a nap. Sleep two hours longer in the night and take an odd nap in the middle of the day and in a few months the DEA will be knocking at your door looking for steroids /quote some old timer.

i have an extremely busy schedule, but i also happen to love sleep. so i if i can fit in a nap i always take advantage of the opportunity.
i think because of how tight my schedule is ive kinda trained myself to be able to jump up from a nap and be ready to roll. i've lifted within 10 minutes of taking a nap without a problem. ive also had to take exams or head to work right after waking up and i've just gotten used to it.
