your body has a max for a reason, so you dont tear your muscles off.
dont hype yourself up too much then lift yourself bro.
this explains why when a mothers child is trapped under a car she can lift the car (freak example)
because her body knows lifting this object is more important than tearing all of its muscles to lift this object.
fuk i suck at explaining things sometimes

It is possible. You just need to figure a way to trigger your amydgala (part of the brain) that triggers your fight or flight response. It really doesn't matter what aspect is triggered. Neural pathaways will activate in a electro-chemical chain and before you know your pituitary gland (endocrine system) will begin pumping adrenaline through your body.
Like a few people said, it can turn you into an animal, but not for a long period of time. It may help on a single lift or two...but probably isn't a great long-term strategy. Remember, the more you activate it the less likely your body will create a response to what ever stimulus you used to engage it....Rep military on sight

i get adrenaline dumps everytime a daydream about getting in a fight.
then im like **** i cant fight while im all shakey and **** and im like i would never win against chuck liddell anyway
even if i did i couldnt do it t3 times in a row.
and even if i did that (which i prolly could) i couldnt defeat a platoon of marines.
and even if i did that i couldnt take over the world. and even if i did that,
i would only be a small timer in the universe game
