    I remember this video I saw on Real TV on Spike of a guy who crashed his helicopter and then some fat guy actually LIFTED it off the ground (deadlift style) and another guy rescued the pilot.. do you have any idea how fcking heavy a helicopter is to lift.. goddamn.

    It is possible. You just need to figure a way to trigger your amydgala (part of the brain) that triggers your fight or flight response. It really doesn't matter what aspect is triggered. Neural pathaways will activate in a electro-chemical chain and before you know your pituitary gland (endocrine system) will begin pumping adrenaline through your body.

    Like a few people said, it can turn you into an animal, but not for a long period of time. It may help on a single lift or two...but probably isn't a great long-term strategy. Remember, the more you activate it the less likely your body will create a response to what ever stimulus you used to engage it....
