Favorite form of cardio?
Just wanting some opinions!
I absolutely hate it, only cardio I don't mind doing is jump roping and working on a bag.

Rowing! Or erging. Climbing isn't the best, but I love it!

Biking outside, followed by biking indoors. I hate running without a purpose. Running in sports is fine but god I couldn't stand the season of XC I did. I like boxing but I don't have a bag. Rowing requires too much concentration on correct form to make it enjoyable, but it is a great all around warm up.

Jump rope for 3 minutes straight. If you can.
That is SERIOUS high intensity cardio
Give it a try.
120 Jumps - Then 100 - 75 - 50
Then go back up
50 - 75 - 100 - 120
:O

short high intensity cardio for me, i dont have the patience to be walking on the lowest setting of the treadmill for an hour and a half. my favorite cardio is probably 4 sets of 500 m sprints on the rowing machine or the highest setting of the stair climber so that you are practically running up stairs for intervals.

Swimmings probably the most enjoyable, but I really like sprinting/HIIT. Very efficient in both fat loss AND time, as well as making me feel powerful.
