Whole wheat wraps?
Are they really that bad at in the early morning before a workout with 2 slices of turkey, and 1/4 slice of havarti cheese? I life Really heavy, and work hard!

I had someone look at what I eat in a day, and they said to cut the wraps...
I don't know why, I couldn't imagine them being that hamrful, epecially pre workout... :S

They're healthy, that's for sure, but you'll want more carbs pre-workout or you muscles won't be fueled with enough glycogen - meaning, you won't be at full strength. Espeically since you just woke, 14g of carbs won't do the job.
