When eating half of your maintanence cals how do you feel? Does it lower test? Im 230 so my maintenance is 230X10= 2300 cals

why the **** are you eating half of your maintenance? Which by the way you are probably estimating low. ya, you probably are messing with your hormone levels

Yes, lowering your calories will lower hormonal levels. Cutting is a bitch. However, eating half your maintenance will mess with everything.

yeah agreed with everyone if you want to keep any muscle at all then up your calories to about 500 under maintenance. go no lower then 2500 try 2700 or so. and by your signature it really sounds like you would like to keep your muscle 230 8%? never gonna happen doing that. you will actually lose weight (body fat) at a good consistent rate eating 500 under maintenance and not get fatigued and give up. make sure your getting 1lb of protein per pound of lean mass and get the rest from carbs and good quality fats. by the sounds of it you may have lost a lot of weight but guaranteed a lot has been muscle. eat some more!
