Upper/ Lower body workout
I'm designing a new workout, its going to consist of a upper body and a lower body. It will plan out like
Day one- Upper body
Day two-Lower body
Day three-Rest
Day four- Upper body
Day five- Lower body
Upper body workout -
Bench Press 4x 12,10,8,8
Dumbell flys 3x 12,10,8
Back raises 3x 12,10,8
Military press 4x 12,10,8,8
Biceps curls 4x 12,10,8,8
Tricep Pushdowns 4x 12,10,8,8
Lower body workout-
Squats 6x10
90 degree leg press 4x,12,10,8,8
Calf raises 4x,12,10,8,8
Deadliftx3 12,10,8
What do you guys think ?

This is much like what i try to aim for in the gym. I like the plan you got there. Good post

if you are putting forth any sort of intensity in the squats and leg press I don't see at all how you would be able to then do deadlifts.
and where is your upper back training? no lat work in there.
workout needs serius revision

What if you switched back raises for a lat pull-down/pull ups on every other upper body day? Would that suffice?

Yeah, was thinking about adding t-bar/ lat pull down. Maybe swap between the Squats and deadlifts.
Of course this isn't the finshed article, still adding bits etc..

Thanks for the input, like i said still making it so to speak.
Looking for a way to add Pull ups.

No problem. Try to switch some stuff around to make some room. Or alternate exercises on some days etc.
