Hey guys, currently re-evaluated the food I was eating after hitting a plateau and would like to hear what you think about the quality of food not how "boring" it is, I am a person who can eat the same thing day in day out really so variety isn't a matter for me.
Stats:
Age: 22
Height: 5'8 (173cm)
Weight: 98.2kg
Let me know what you guys think of my current meal plan: (Note: I do intermittent fasting so only eat a few large meals a day)
1st Meal (1pm) 185g Tuna, 150g Broccoli/Beans/Snap Peas, 1 Banana, 1 Protein Bar (Not really protein bar more muesli bar), 1 Protein Shake.
2nd Mel (4pm) 3 Whole Egg Omlette, 35g Oats
Snack: 140g Greek Yoghurt with steel cut oats
Dinner: 250g Basmati Rice, 150g Chicken Breast, 150g Broccoli/Beans, 30g Cashew Nuts, 1 Protein Shake
Total Calories: 2126
Macros: 63g Fat, 186g Carb, 198g Protein.

Just because you can eat the same does not mean you should- it will lead to dietary deficiencies; also tuna every day is a great way to get mercury poisoning, limit it to 1-2 times a week.
At a glance though- need more variety in veggies, add some fruit, less tuna.
No need for a set meal plan, just hit fat/protein minimums and let the rest of your calories fall as they may with a variety of food, preferably ones you enjoy while keeping micro-nutrients in mind too.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Looks like a miserable diet.
For starters, I'd never restrict myself to the same food selections on a daily basis. I'd also never use supplements (protein shakes/bars) when cutting as it's a waste of calories that could be consumed VIA whole foods that would be more satisfying and taste better.�USMC (2009-2013) �
